Do you want to improve your IT skills and put your knowledge into practice ? Are you obsessed with technology and you want to help in solving IT problems? Then we are looking for you!


As an employee on our IT Helpdesk, you will be the first point of contact, for solving general IT related problems. You handle first-line support requests, resolve them or switch to second-line support. .

What does this mean?

For example, "I have a problem with my password, I can't login to my account!", "The printer is not printing. What is happening?" And who is going to solve the problem?

A flexible part time IT job for 16 to 20 hours in Son (Eindhoven) with a multicultural environment.

Functie-eisen

As our new IT helpdesk professional we think it's important you have a customer-oriented attitude towards the users. Besides that you:

• Speak the English language on a professional level


• You followed an IT orientated study (MBO/HBO/WO) or you're a student in this field


• Didn't followed a study but gained the right competences through a job? Feel free to apply!


• Work efficiently in a team but also independently


• High sense of humor


• Live in Eindhoven, Best, Son (North-Brabant) or have your own transport to Son

You can choose your own working days/hours between Mondays from 8.30 till 17.30. In other words, you can fix your working hours according to your agenda! The job is for 16-20 hours during the week.
