The position holder is responsible for procurement of site services, tooling and several other contracts (local and global) in the growing and dynamic environment of ASML.
Drive procurement processes by tendering, competitive bidding, negotiating and benchmarking toobtain the best value for ASML. Optimize processes and continuous improvement.
The NPR (Non-Product Related) Category Site Services is responsible for commercial supplier management and contracting. The job scope includes leading tenders and negotiations, contracting and supplier relation management by using ASML standard tools (e.g. Ariba E-sourcing). The NPR Category Manager Site Services builds and maintains relationships with internal stakeholders and drives the sourcing category strategy. He or she focusses on continuous quality improvement, cost reductions and risk mitigation in co-operation with the different stakeholders. The NPR Category Manager Site Services participates in business review meetings and measures the performance of suppliers.
You have a technical Bachelor or Master-degree combined with procurement related experience and/or courses.
You have at least 8 years of work experience within a high-tech production and cleanroom environment. Excellent analyst and project manager with proven ability to successfully manage procurement activities. Needs to have in depth knowledge of supply markets and cost levels.
Good stakeholder alignment and negotiations kills are essential for this function. Takes ownership of the assigned tasks, good communicator on all levels, well developed consultancy skills combined with a result focused can do mentality. Being able to challenge and negotiate with suppliers based on content.You are a team player who creates commitment and partnership with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
