We are looking for an Electrical technician that takes a pivotal role as a linking pin between the ASML short time to market for production requests and the related proto challenges ahead to solve. Primary focus is on one offs and manufacturability support
As a Modelshop Technician you will be operating in a fast paced and multidisciplinary development environment. Using your personal skills, you will work closely together with Factory and Development and engineering teams to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of the product generation process.
You are primary responsible to ensure on time delivery with the right quality of the requested parts.
-Produce/rework of proto’s,test tooling, cables and pcb’s
-Handle ad-hoc issues in the cleanroom to support factory.
-Check TPD and give advice about the manufacturability.
-Proto typing pcb with laser machine
-Testing/ judging new components
Regular tune with internal/external customers about the short term needs and priority’s. Communicate this information to the other team members.
Take care of the contacts within the team as well as the team members and internal/external customers.
Receive and interpret of complaints and feedback of possible causes or solutions. Feedback from wrong delivered materials or services.
Advice from wrong delivered services or products and correct them to get it better delivered.
Willing to travel 5% of the time for field support
MBO Electrical engineering or relevant technical education
Preferably 2+ years’ experience in high tech development environment or proto experience.

The holder of this position reports to the Modelshop Manager within the EF PS EXE 5000 department.
Interfaces with: Factory, Project leaders, Development and engineering.
