The sector Operations (OPS) has installed an academy for accelerating the development of Managers to enable them to manage the exponential growth of our business. You can work in an international HR and business network in which we challenge, care and collaborate with each other.
In this role you are part of the Sector People Development team for Operations (OPS) & Sales (SL). The Sector OPS delivers, installs and services leading lithography solutions, meeting stakeholders’ expectations. Sector OPS has a strong international focus and a 24/7 mentality to build and deliver world class machines and services.
The assignment involves the overall support in the delivery of the OPS Academy programs. You will work both on process and content level. Examples of activities are:
You hold a Master degree and you have strong affinity with People and Management Development.
You have good communication skills, are fluent in English conversation and writing. You are interested in using your analytical thinking skills, hands-on mentality in the dynamic field of a global Operations sector. You use your project coordination experience to plan, engage and deliver in time and for success. You have a natural interest in learning processes of people and organizations. Collaboration is your natural style and you can work independently.
You will be part of the OPS Academy team, which reports into the HR Sector People Development Manager. You work together with HR OPS colleagues on realizing the OPS Academy deliverables.
