Job Mission

As part of the Technical Training Center OPS team you will organize training courses for technical learning, soft skill, leadership, and for ASML in Europe. Furthermore you will also work closely together with the learning representatives in the US and Asia.

Job Description

Learning administrator of MyLearning:

• Coordinate and forecast all training courses for the ASML employees in MyLearning
• Organize (administrative) processes of all standard implemented training courses
• Deliver employee support by answering all MyLearning related questions
• Deliver operational support, as well as support for the instructors and learning experts
• Organization of virtual classroom courses for Europe, US and Asia
• Frequent contact with external suppliers and internal stakeholder
• Perform financial processes (e.g. request and process quotes from external suppliers)

Education

At least MBO (administrative or similar).

Experience

Experience in administrative processes and planning, preferably in the learning management system of Cornerstone.

Personal skills

Understands planning and iscapable of thinking ahead and pro-actively picking up the work. Is openfor cultural differences and is able to work with people from differentcultures. You will be working in a very dynamic environment.
