Introduction

The Twinscan Factory is responsible for theproduction of Scanners. The complete production process of the most advancedmachines takes place within Manufacturing. The Warehouse Engineering department within this sector supports the introductionof new products and corresponding processes from Development into Warehouse, continuouslyadapts and optimizes the Warehouse processes and provides a second line supportto issues within the Warehouse.

Job Mission

To design, maintain, adapt to changed Warehouse requirements and to optimize warehouse processes as well as to develop and apply methods of measuring the performance of the warehouse process.

Job Description

• Lays down operating instructions, process flow charts, routings, process parameters and indicators.
• Analyses the production process within inbound and outbound processes, points out structural problems and bottlenecks, works out suggestions for improvements and initiates their implementation, often in close cooperation with the surrounded departments as Development, Operations, and First Line Support.
• Contributes to the rapid solution of complex faults and takes the necessary initiatives and practical decisions..
• Adjust work instructions and/or production sequence if needed
• Participate in Risk assessments & evaluation’s

Education

Bachelor/Master Graduate (Physics/Electronics/Mechanics)

Experience

• 5-10 years of experience.
• Experience in a production environment with high tech products and complex production processes.
• Experience in work preparation
• Experience in motivating development into acceptable solution

• Broad technical and business knowledge.
• Good communication skills.
• Get-on and do it mentality.
• Pro-active, plenty of initiative.
