For a company in the Limburg area we are looking for Customer Service Representatives. One colleague who is responsible for the German/Austrian market and one for France. The company is growing therefore they are open to receive applications from any other European countries with relevant work experience.
The job holder will ensure that the day to day order fulfilment process is executed effectively and efficiently for the nominated accounts.
Order Fulfilment includes
- Manage customer orders (manual order entry)
- Customer contact regarding time slots, delays, out of stocks, documents and complaints
- Planning/organising transport
- Solving any issues that occur during transport /upon delivery of the goods
- Creating credit notes for damages
- Raise Purchase orders in the ERP system and send to suppliers
- Contact with suppliers regarding production dates, documents and so on.
- Document management (including health certificates and other documents required for import, veterinary check and import).
- Invoicing customers.
- Checking invoices for transport and penalties of customers.
Functie-eisen
Requirements:
- MBO+/HBO (Bachelor) education
- Good communication -- verbal and written.
- Customer empathy.
- ERP/ SAP / Excel / experience is preferred.
- At least 2 years work experience, preferable within Customer Service at a professional organisation.
- Native German, French or any other European language skills and excellent English oral and written skills.
