Do you enjoy working in a technical environment? Are you looking for a job where you can continue developing yourself? Do you enjoy working in a team of people from different backgrounds? Then this might be the job for you!


In this position you will be part of the German team in which you'll be in contact with the customer and the different departments. You will be responsible for managing the total process flow by staying in close contact with all of your stakeholders.


Some of your tasks include:


  • Keep close contact with national and international stakeholders; e.g customers and suppliers

  • Provide product specification information to customers via phone or email

  • Process received repairs and calibration accurately into the system

  • Keep track of the processing time needed to solve customer issues

  • Process orders, inquiries & quotations

Functie-eisen


The perfect candidate:


  • speaks and writes German on a (near) native level

  • speaks and writes English fluently

  • has good communication skills, both oral and written in all languages

  • feels responsible for providing excellent service

  • has preferably some experience in a customer support, Servicedesk or similar position
