As a German Customer Service Representative you will be providing excellent service, helping to drive continuous improvements regarding the customer experience for the German-speaking customers in Europe. This while liaising with the sales and internal support functions to deliver best in class service.

As a German CSR you will be;

• dealing with questions and inquiries via phone and email, ensuring swift resolution/escalation of any issues or problems.


• doing order processing


• giving Phone and email support to (internal) customers


• doing backlog management


• taking the lead to drive continuous improvement and safeguard best practice


• working closely with Technical support, Quotes, Sales, Finance and the Field Service & Support organisation to ensure that Illumina provides world-class experiences for their customers


• providing (internal) customers with order verification, updates on delivery dates, product availability and pricing

Functie-eisen

Skills;

• Native/ near-native speaker of the German language and fluent in English


• You have previous customer service experience


• Commitment to delivering customer satisfaction


• Bachelor degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience


• Team player with strong interpersonal skills


• Creative and able to find innovative solutions to complex issues


• Demonstrated ability to operate independently within a fast-paced, team environment


• Takes a results-oriented approach, owning tasks and proactively delivering innovative solutions
