Are you looking for a 6 months challenge? Do you enjoy having contact with customers all around the world in the English and French language? Then this position might be a right fit for you!
In this position you will be filling in for a colleague who is going on maternity leave. In this period you will be responsible for all contact with the customers and colleagues of other departments. You will be the first point of contact of the French speaking clients and answer question about for example the status of equipment returns, repairs, sales orders, delivery schedule and other questions regarding their order. You're task will include:
- Providing assistance to customers regarding delivery, price, commission, and new product inquires and requests.
- Being the connecting link between customers and other departments
- Providing information to customer service about non-technical issues regarding products, warranties, and services.
Functie-eisen
The perfect candidate has:
- Excellent communication skills in French (near-native) and English on a professional level
- Knowledge of other languages is an advantage
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service, sales support or logistics
- A pro-active, independent and flexible attitude
- Excellent MS Office skills, knowledge of Oracle/SAP is an advantage
Wat wij bieden
This fulltime position is temporarily for 6 months, however there is a chance of a longer period if there are any opportunities at that time. The salary is around €2300,-
