For the management of GXO BeNeGe (Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany) we are immediately looking for a Managment Assistant (0.8/1.0 FTE). Do you already have some experience in a similar role, or are you ready for the next step in your career? Then we would like to get in touch with you!

Working as a Management Assistant at GXO Logistics - Eindhoven

As a Management Assistant you are the support and support of our entire management who currently consists of 6 people. In addition, you are responsible for the reception at our head office, and you manage 2 receptionists.

Your location is our head office in Eindhoven. In this role, you report directly to the Managing Director.

Your activities Management Assistant:

  • (Complex) Agenda management of the executives
  • Taking notes at works council and executive meetings
  • Preparing (international) senior management meetings
  • Acting as hostess at the time of the visit (internal and external) for the management
  • Providing support in the broadest sense of the word in the administrative field
  • Ordering gifts and goodies
  • Keeping leave for all board members

When the weather is possible, you are also responsible for booking trips for all colleagues in the BeNeGe region (train travel, flight pickers, hotel, etc.)

  • Your organisational skills are very highly developed

  • You have perfect command of the Dutch and English languages in words and writings
  • You are reliable and therefore handle all information and data very confidently
  • You have a driver's license
